Requirements profile
To clarify who is needed for which job, we build up a requirements profile together with you.
We always start from your needs, work area, skills and each individual’s unique personality to ensure that it is an accurate recruitment.

The uranium mining process
Step one of the selection process is to match the candidate’s CV with the skills and experience requirements from the requirements profile.
In the second part, we book interviews in three steps, telephone, video and in person to go through motivation, attitude and a general assessment of how the candidate matches your corporate culture.
At the request of the customer, we also have the opportunity to perform onsite tests such as welding tests before we select a consultant.

Pre boarding
To ensure that our consultants have all the tools to succeed at work, we are involved and support during the onboarding process.
This means that we are always on site with consultants on their first day of work as well as weekly or monthly reviews together with supervisors and consultants to clearly measure development and training.
